SHINE Power Yoga Medford

After trying to reach management through phone calls and emails, I've given up trying to reach them. Initially after I bought my unlimited membership (which is priced ridiculously high and they've done away with the student discount), I wanted to push the start date back due to personal issues. I was assured I would be contacted to set a date and never was. They also don't allow you to cancel your own scheduled classes online and then charge you for it. Their policy says they only charge for missed classes when the classes are full but I've never seen a full class!nnAs far as covid, they're not even following their own procedures let alone the state's. They don't take temperatures and the teachers don't care about wearing face masks.nnThis studio is very unprofessional. They took money from me and won't answer any of my emails or calls.
