One Positive Mind: Yoga & Wellness Center

I took my first yoga class in years last night, a Yin class at One Positive Mind in Vincentown. Since every studio does things a bit differently I wasn't sure what to expect. I'm happy to report that it was a terrific experience throughout.nnOPM is a bit on the small side but that works to its benefit. It's cozy, warm and welcoming. The class flew by and our instructor couldn't have been nicer or more supportive...literally.nnOPM operates mainly via its website and an optional phone app which makes following their schedule and booking classes a breeze. I'm availing myself of their $21 three-week new customer special that will allow me to take in as many classes as I'd like, allowing me to determine which classes offer the best fit for my needs.nnLast but not least, I have to give kudos to the owner, Sophia, for her commitment to customer service. Due to unforeseen urgent circumstances my first class had to be cancelled within two hours of its scheduled start time. Sophia used every means possible shy of smoke signals to give me a heads up and went above and beyond in making up for the disappointment and inconvenience. If only more businesses understood the power of turning a problem into an opportunity to earn a customer's loyalty!nnIf you're looking for a yoga studio and appreciate cozy settings and personalized attention then you owe it to yourself to check out OPM.nnPS: If you decide to pay them a visit please note that the entrance is in the rear and that parking is limited to the municipal lot behind the studio.
