Gaetano's Steaks

I ordered a special, 3 pizzas and 18 wings, a soda for 31 dollars. Because we added sauce and celery total came to 47 dollars with no soda.... beyond expensive for what it was. Refused to worked with me, they did offer me the ability to cancel the order but I don't like to waste food. Honestly I do enjoy the food ,but probably won't order from here again. Almost 20 dollars for adding wing sauce and celery and wouldn't even include the soda that was part of the special.....I never leave reviews especially negative ones but I want them to be aware of their trash customer service.

Ordered a veggie pizza and cheesesteak. When I went to pick it up it took 4-5 min for someone to even acknowledge my presence. The cashier comes out from the kitchen area, mask under her chin, never covers her face, then proceeds to rub her fingers across her lips before retrieving my food. Get home and the cheesesteak is okay but the pizza is inedible. The cheese is bitter, the crust is crust is oddly chewy and vegetables are just disgusting. Not sure what the problem here was but it was an all around bad experience.

I ordered the hot jumbo wings, the wings were very nasty, undercooked, cold, and seasoned with a mystery flavoring that I did not ask for and I threw up after eating them. I have not ever tasted this bad quality of food ever in my life. I called the restaurant and expressed my concerns with their manager, Theloma, she was loud, unprofessional, unskilled, and she told me to call Uber eats. Do not eat here. They need to be investigated and shut down. Times are already hard for Americans, patronize another business.

HUGE sandwiches! Very tasty food, prompt and friendly service. I'd go out of my way to have the cheesesteaks.

This place is not what it used to be, their service, and food quality has declined. The wait time is 45 minute to an hour and a half and the last straw is that their prices have increased tremendously. It should not cost $18 for a sandwich, and upon receiving the sandwich it is either not as you ordered or some food is cold or overcooked. After 15 years of patronizing its sad to say I or my family will never Again.
