Gaetano's Steaks & Subs

Usually food is good but today it was terrible. Chicken fingers were wildly overcooked and looked terrible. Steak sandwiches we not prepared properly and missing ingredients. Very disappointing. Usually food is delicious. I really hate writing this but I wonder if it changed hands. I guess we have to find a new place to go.

They’re NOT open when there hours say they’re open online. ALSO they don’t have hours posted on the front of the store like EVERY other food establishment. -.- I was hungry and excited AND your lights, TV, and everything was ON like you were open ! BUT the door was locked. What am supposed to knock ?! Go to scottos instead.

The cheese steaks are much worse than before. They are now using thinly sliced frozen minute steaks in the cheese steaks. It used to be chopped up roast beef, the kind you might get in a roast beef sandwich au jus at a beef ‘n beer place. They’re going to lose a lot of business because south jersey folks know what should go into a good cheese steak.

Staff is friendly. I highly recommend the snow crab bisque.

This is the worse place to buy food. HORRIBLE. Use another Geatanos. DO NOT USE MT LAUREL LOCATION
