Received a horrible haircut from Sharon Thomasson (Senior Designer) at the Larchmont location. She did the exact opposite of what I asked for. I have...or should I say “HAD” long, straight hair, one length and requested a simple 1 inch trim, straight across. I specifically said No layers, I want to keep it long, all one length. I looked her in the eyes and made this very specific request. She clearly had no idea what she was doing. She couldn’t even part my hair in a straight line. After an hour of her struggling, I looked on the floor. She cut off over 4 inches of hair, added layers and made it completely crooked in the back. I was horrified! She charged me $8.00 because of the horrible job she did, and I was in such shock - I actually paid her! I got home and my family just stared in disbelief at what she did. Do not go to this woman if you have straight, one length hair. She does not know how to cut a simple, straight line. Learn from my mistake, and go somewhere else.
I can always count on Hair Cuttery to get my head right! Thier procedures made me feel very safe.

This is the best hair place around! Briana is such a good hair stylist...I have been coming here since she became manager. Everyone there is so nice and friendly! I go every week for wash and blow dry! Would recommend this place to everyone!
This is the absolute worst hair cuttery I have ever been to, I had an appointment with Christina last year, she double booked herself so I could wait 30min-hour for her or rebook. I decided I would leave it was late and I didn’t have the time. I took some time away from HC because of this, decided to give them another try today and SAME THING, literally same thing. I sat there for 30 minutes and no one said anything to me, I finally asked how much longer, they told me 20 minutes so I walked out. 2 times too many. She never takes ownership and blames the reason she’s behind on something.
