Upon arrival my son and I checked in inside and waited in the car. After 15 minutes I called to confirm if they were or were not ready and was told the stylist Rebecca would come to the door to get us when she was ready. The online system said my son was on deck. After about 10 minutes we decided to try again and go inside. My sons name was no longer listed on the screen and the stylist was in the back. She came out not very happy or welcoming. After requesting for my sons temperature to be taken on his wrist she still went against my request and put the thermometer to his forehead. I totally understanding of the current times and protocols and the reasoning behind but if you want the business you need to treat your customers better and be welcoming and understanding to us as well. I will use Sports Clips in Moorestown for all future cuts.
Had an amazing experience at place, not going to be particular naming the person who did my hair styling because all of the stylists there knew their job and were professional. Its their COVID policy that they do not offer beard trimming right now, but that doesn’t means one should lower the feedback. After all, we are all together in this pandemic :) going to be my permanent hair stylist in future as long as i am staying in Mount Holly
My son and I always get great haircuts there. We go to Andrea, she just knows how to give us the best haircuts every time!
Just by chance my stylist grew up in my area may have been one of my students in high school. Made for a very pleasant experience. Complete satisfaction all around.
I have always had good service at this location. get your protocols straight. If you make people sign in online and you give them a time update it if you are going to be 1/2 hour late. Also maybe instead of telling people that you are ready make sure you are and the client is not waiting outside in 92 degree heat while no one is in the facility and 5 people are standing around. Also don's make excuses saying you did not know a customer is waiting when that customer sticks their head in to check in and told to sit outside.
