Allegro Pilates & Dance

I tried this place and Pilates plus, close by, and love Pilates plus much more. Some if the instructors at Allegro seem to be people who worked out more as a hobby and one day said I'm home anyway maybe I will teach somewhere. Pilates Plus I lost more weight, learned proper technique and gained more strength and it doesn't feel as small town cliquey as Allegro does.

Svetlana is an excellent Pilates instructor! Her reformer classes are my favorite! She is very clear with her instruction, and there is a nice, steady flow to her class. . She challenges us through her knowledge, expertise and well thought out plan for the class. The studio is bright and clean and the new equipment is well maintained. Love my reformer days with Svetlana!
