Been a member for a year. Tyler is very professional. You can tell he loves his job and is there for the members when needed. He works hard and is very helpful and friendly. The manager (Shannon) is very rude and unprofessional. I’ve spoken with many others who feel the same way. She is very unfair to her employees and abuses her authority. Get rid of her or you are about to lose members very quickly.

One of the best gyms around...the finest equipment...I mean re as lily great.....very very spotlessly clean....nReally awesome staff....a winner

Mostly Every revue on here isn't real! Theres no way people like this place, the staff are 100% ignorant with a bad attitude! Unless they changed the staff since the last time I was there? Watch out for your items in the locker room things will get stolen even if your locker has a lock on it, they let a bunch of scum bags roam around in here! This is fare warning for every human!

After having several communication issues with individual contributor employees handling my fees during the pandemic and my home club access, Shannon, the Operations Manager, was able to resolve my issues and provide remediation for the issues I'd experienced in the past.nnThanks for the help Shannon!
