I started training with Karen in October of 2013. I was not sure what to expect, I had never worked out with a trainer before and I have to admit, I was a bit intimidated. For example, I was convinced I could lift nothing heavier than a 5 lb. weight. Karen proved me wrong in my first session, and she has continued to prove me wrong in every session since. The variety, the challenges, the motivation, the gratification, the positive changes (physical and mental) -- Karen's workouts provide it all and it works for me. I honestly cannot imagine a life without training with Karen. Cheers to Forever Fit, I'm all in!
