Horrible customer service. Still requiring people to show up in person to cancel a membership. They should have some covid policies and considerations for people not wanting to come there. Haven’t been open since March but they are still charging a cancellation fee. Don’t use this gym !

I love this gym with the whole of my heart. The people are so helpful and nice. Their equipment are so new and their services are incredible!!!

Went to the Mount Laurel location to sign up during the summer, the woman at the front desk first words to me were “its not cheap you won’t be able to afford it” with the meanest face ever. What a disgusting behavior, I am assuming this is the attitude that Kennedy Fitness instilled in their employees to treat a certain group. This isn’t the 1950s. -1 star by the way.

They have A LOT of equipment here. Most of it seems to be in good shape. They are rarely busy. But it just had a weird vibe to it. Felt like an old person home! Not much music. TV wall was odd. The manager was very strange (Dan Sheedy). He wouldn’t give me a straight answer on pricing and kept stating “I don’t want to ask you too many personal questions”. I’m not sure what he meant by that (like 5 times) but if it means a potential discount, why would I be upset for him to ask? Anyway, lastly the equipment, though it was in good shape, all appeared to be 10 plus years old. I decided to go elsewhere after finishing my weekly trial.

Have had a membership for many years, have tried to cancel numerous times and it was just a hassle after getting tired of paying for not using it came in today and spoke with Bridgett Cassidy she was so helpful and we were able to cancel our membership with out any hassles very good customer service. Thanks again
