Great Jiu Jitsu taught by Pat Vacanti and great students make it a family like environment.
Trained a Vacanti BJJ for a couple weeks while at Ft.Dix NJ.nOverall an outstanding academy. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The coaching was high level and he did a great job at creating a learning environment for everyone.nHighly recommend.
Not only are the techniques taught at a top level, but the instructor(Pat) does very well to create an amazing atmosphere where you can exercise with a purpose, join a wonderful community of people and have fun.
My home away from home. Great environment, Great instruction, Great People, Practical MMA. Can not ask for a better place to train. If you live in or near the facility you should definitely check it out. It will change your life. It changed mine (2 thumbs up)
