Love ordering from here. Pizza is usually done correctly and drivers are nice most of the time. Great discounts and bonus points. Super good pizza.
If I cold do -1 star then I would do that,nThat is the story, ordered 2 pizzas and paid online and I waited 1.5hours .I look online and it says delivered 15min ago, we leave in a private house and its negative temperature outside . Open the door and here we go it's outside,but frozen pizza already. Delivery guy never ring the door ud83dudd14, I called and asked for manager and I told him about it and he lied to me as he said the driver called me twice and he didn't.nManager proposed me to redo my order and I said ok.nFinally 1.5hours later i get ring on my door and I got my order, but guess what ,was a wrong order delivered and not even pizza. Told the guy turn around.nCalled the manager back and told him what I got at my door.i requested my $ back.nnDo I really have to wait for my food for 3 hours after 18hours of work for a f.pizza?nnSorry about that but that's the realty on the customer service.
Judging by the reviews this store is behind on standards. Ordered a pizza from this store. Found 3 long pieces of hair on 2 different slices as I was eating. Was someone combing their hair over my pizza????
We went in to the store and there was a big fight happening about some guy bringing pizza to the wrong houses. People were yelling and I kind of just felt like leaving.
I ordered with the expectation that I would be getting high quality pizza. Didn’t happen. The pizza barely had any cheese or pepperoni on it—and about every third bite I got a taste of jalapeño slices. I got an ad in the mail pushing their jalapeños and cream cheese bites. They looked fabulous on the ad but we’re dry and mostly dough—awful.nnThis was a true disappointment. So bad we threw away nearly $40 worth of food and ate leftovers instead.
