Right Way Auto Sales

I referred a prospect who turned out to be a satisfied buyer! Thanks to Mr. Osbourne, he made it happen, definately looking forward to doing more business in the future ... the only thing I'd recommend is to have the cars on the lot cleaned for test driving. But otherwise, good and friendly service, they make you feel like family. After the hassle free purchase, the car (mercedes C class) was taken to a mechanic who was highly impressed with the quality of the car, no leaks, and no mechanical concerns.Thanks again!

We, my wife and I bought 2 cars from James O.nFirst one If the cars needed brakes, this was a great deal James got brakes AND rotors put on my car for free. Well it cost me 2 pizzas lol. 2 weeks later the check engine light came on I was so mad I took it back complaining James checked it out and told me I needed a gas cap, and sure enough we checked and a gas station attendant didn’t put it back on James reaches into his own pocket and ga e me 10buckd to buy a new cap. I have never been treated so well by a salesman no really the dealership process was incredible. I buy a lot of cars I will be back they were good

Sold me a car with fuel issues that cause my vehicle to cut off while im driving since January I have been trying to get this issue resolved and keep getting the run around Warranty is trash covers barely anything wouldn't recommend this place to anyone bad choice for me

Do not go to this dealership!!!!! They gave me false promises and gave me a faulty mechanic report. I told them I need a car safe for my children and knowing that they sold me a CRV that now needs 2500 worth of repairs to get it safe. They won’t answer calls so I have filed a police complaint, taken this to consumer affairs, and then will go to court until this is resolved. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID BY GOING HERE!!!!!!!!

I purchased a 2012 Jeep Liberty for ($11,800) from Right Way Auto sales, 813 Woodlawn Rd,Westampton, NJ 08060. (11/26/2018) and they knowing sold me a lemon. After having the vehicle for 3 months the car began to over-heat. So I took the car to J&J auto repairs and ERJ auto repairs to find out what was wrong with the vehicle and was told by the mechanic that the engine needed a head gasket. The mechanic also stated that the motor contained an additive to temporarily stop the leak. When I took the car back to Right Way I was rudely dismissed and threaten by the salesman Travis, who attempted to take my (sales-contract) from me and not return it back to me. Then the owner who's nick name is Jag, offered no help at all stating that there's nothing he can to do to help. The salesman who sold me the car, Elisle, was not there and I was told by the owner Jag that he no longer works there. I called Right Way auto sales back the next day seeking assistance but Travis the salesman hung-up the phone as I was speaking. Please let this review serve as a warning for Anyone looking to buy a used car, DON'T GO TO RIGHT WAY AUTO, 813 WOODLAWN RD WESTAMPTON, NJ 08060, THIS PLACE IS A SCAM, THEY ARE KNOWINGLY SELLING LEMONS. Stay away from this place. Avoid this place, its a rip-off. This place should not be in business. My next course action will be to report this place to the better business bureau and to contact the local news. Once again stay away from this place, this is not the place to buy a car.
