Service advisor Megan was great. She was friendly, courteous, and answered any questions i had.nnHowever, I paid $150 for an inspection on a vehicle I just bought from another dealer. I can tell they didn't actually look at all the items that they checked off as okay. For example, there was a giant crack right up the middle of my instrument cluster lense. Literally can't miss it. But they checked off instrument cluster as A-OK! So how can i have any confidence that anything else on the list was actually done? What else did they miss or omit?nnMaybe I'm being pedantic, but I'm just a little wary about coming back here.
My car buying experience at Lucas was a great one. Roscoe was very attentive, answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to assure that all of my needs and requests were met. He was very patient and understanding and didn’t stop working until I was completely satisfied with the car I purchased. The team in the finance department was also great as well. Car buying is already a stressful process but Roscoe and his team did everything in their power to ease the process. I would definitely recommend Lucas Dodge and if you’re looking for a superb salesman, go see Roscoe!!

My wife bought a Jeep Renegade and I actually purchased a Ford Fiesta (for the gas mileage since I drive far to work).
