The Funplex

This location could definitely benefit from retraining their staff and also being up front with certain policies or changes that could occur that could limit what you can do while there. People pay a lot of money to come here and I think honesty and communication beforehand would go a long way so people don’t miss out on opportunities to do certain things they have in mind. Also there is a lot of young adults working here and they have no patience to work with small children which is the majority of the customers. I definitely think they either need to have more training or find staff who have the skills to work with children.nnBut I would give Chris at the bean bag game a five star! He was the only employee I encountered that had a happy and positive attitude. He was attentive to the children in our party even when they took a lot of his time because they wanted to continuously keep playing. Thank you Chris! And I hope you do not go without recognition!

I want to give it a bad rating and tell people not to go but it would be out of a desire to have the place all to myself. I love the Funplex the staff has always been friendly and the price is not that bad when you consider what you get for your money. Bowled my best game there. Won 2 baby Yoda toys on one grab. Tough mini-golf though. Great looking but difficult... but my son got 2 hole in ones so...

I went here on Friday and had an awesome time, better than i expected. I previously been to the one in East Hanover but that was almost 4 years ago for my son's birthday party. This location is awesome because of the outdoor rides and the mini golf (even though I didn't get to do it). My son enjoyed the waterpark very much and the outdoor rides were good. It wasn't overly packed that day, it was a good size of people. No major problems except the long line for food but that was kinda expected. It was 2 workers for how many ppl. I enjoyed the lazy river and the splash pad with the big bucket of water dumped on me. I just wished this place had a wave pool instead of 1 giant pool with basketball hoops in it. Overall it was worth the value paid for the place $45 for platinum band. Food wasn't absorbitant. I would definitely visit again.

Pretty pricy but super fun! Bowling, arcade games, fun moderate rides, virtual reality, mini golf, and outdoor water park! Fun for all ages. Good food selection as well. ⛳ud83cudfb3
