Wonderful place!! They take in many different species of animals and birds to rehab them! They are run completely on donations, so please give a donation if you can when you bring an animal in.

Such friendly staff, filled with knowledge. Trails were great. Animals are very well taken care off. Great place for kids and adults.

Just a great local place to visit! Great for kids and adults! Not only do the staff provide quality expertise and courtesy to the people visiting but to the animals in need of their help. Such a great example to the young boys and girls visiting. The refuge is beautiful with cedar streams running throughout the trails. There is a storybook trail that is educating and fun.

It was beautiful, our family really enjoyed hiking the trails and seeing all the animals. It was a great way to spend a beautiful fall day and help our daughter out with her Pe and Biology class.
