Organico Pizza

Food quality has definitely decreased over the past few weeks. Pizza has a thicker crust and the flavors are not as good. French fries were burnt and they did give us a replacement that was better. I used to like the pizza here. Salads are always good though. They should go back to their old thin-crust and better quality pizza.

I love that Organico is the ONLY place around the area to offer vegan cheese pizza. We love to splurge and order large pies from time to time. However, the last few times I’ve called they’ve been out of vegan cheese. Not buying it anymore? That’s really sad. Without vegan cheese, what’s the point of ordering at all? You’re losing my business Organico :/ we want vegan cheese!

not great. what does to each there own mean? crust was too thin n tasted like a cracker worst then any gluten free crust and we got a regular margarita pizza. The cheese was oily also and not enough basil or mozzarella.

Paid, left tip for the person at the register. then waited in the restaurant for nearly 15 minutes. Until the chef came out with a bloody mask on, and asked if I needed help. He immediately noticed my food, which was bagged and ready to go for the same length of time I was in there. Got home, there was no grilled chicken on the power bowl. I understand people get busy, but this was a very unpleasant experience

I would like to start this review by saying I would have given them five stars for the overall quality of their delicious pizza. It truly keeps me coming back for more. Unfortunately the service is consistently poor but I'll get to that. This is by far my favorite pizza place in the surrounding area. The freshness of the dough and the sweetness of the sauce combined with top notch mozzarella is a masterpiece. I recently tried an order up their fried chicken wings which come dry and was pleasantly surprised on both flavor and quality. If I was in the mood for breaded chicken wings I would absolutely order them again. Unfortunately the cheese steak wrap my girlfriend had was completely soaked in grease. Literally a layer of grease in the bottom of the container. I understand cheesesteaks are greasy and typically rolls soak up that grease but at least put some paper down in the bottom of the container. The past THREE times I've ordered delivery my order has been incorrect. Even though they always fix the problem in a timely fashion it's frustrating not being able to get the correct order right the first time. If I had this much trouble ordering from a restaurant I would never order from them again however their pizza is too good to walk away from. As long as you have plenty of patience it'll be worth your wait. Or just pick it up yourself and save the aggravation.
