Worst place, terrible service! I have a 15 month old son and wanted to get his hair cut. I called ahead and got a 11.15 appt, whatever was available. We got there on time and the lady, believe her name is Kathy, was cutting a teenager's hair when we got there. She was constantly talking, didn't inform us how long it would be. But we patiently waited. Another teenager came in and another, she kept taking them. Didn't care to tell us she was running late or whatever the case. Not mindful at all went on talking, talking about her personal stuff with these teenager boys. I am guessing the reason for her good reviews from before if at all! When she was already cutting for this 3rd teenager, I asked her how long she is going to be and that this guy was not even there when we came, she goes oh he had a 10.30 appt and I have been behind. But I said its noon and we had a 11.15 and were here on time. If the 10.30 guy comes in at 11.45, you don't just take him to the disadvantage to someone there on time and that too with a little one! To that she said you can come another time - gosh, how terrible...Disrespectful! Careless!! Not even sure there is a more apt adjective, but hopefully speaks to my dismay!!

This is the best childs hair salon around...if not ever. They are so nice and put their all into their business and work. They make you feel like part of their family so patient and understanding. They deal well with children that are younger that are scared or afraid also kids that have special needs or are crying and don't want to get their haircut they remain patient calm and collected and make you feel like no matter what it's okay they are able to cut a child's hair even while they're being difficult or upset they end up making the child feel calm and in the end everyone ends up happy I've been going here for probably about 18 years and they have always been so nice and remember us every time we come in even if it's been awhile and ask how everyone is doing they are truly in a different category than any other child hair salon I've ever been to
