When I got my hair colored here, I asked for a platinum/icy blonde & showed multiple pictures for reference and it ended up being orangey brown with purple streaks. I understand toner can cause purple tints, but the drastic difference in tones and colors across my hair was overwhelming. Even the stylist working on the person next to me asked if my stylist was going to fix it. She said “the purple will wash out in a week” however the following day was a holiday and I got my hair done for it to be finished afterwards especially when it costs close to $300. While she offered me to come back if I still didn’t like it (because I started crying), I felt uncomfortable going back as I didn’t know if I would be expected to re-pay which I couldn’t afford and I also didn’t want to spend another day getting it done for it to possibly get messed up even more. I was very disappointed in my stylist as this place had great reviews and I don't get my hair done often so it was a big decision for me to choose this salon; this was in the past and hopefully they are better now.
I love this place! They are the friendliest most hardworking bunch of girls! No attitudes here. Everyone there makes you feel so comfortable. And for the talent there is no comparison. You can't go wrong with anyone that works there. My stylist is Brittany and she transformed this old ladies hair! She takes the time to understand what I am asking for and we work together to get the results I want. When I leave the salon I feel so happy!

Nicolette is amazing. She freshened up my color so that you can't see the root lines. My cut is awesome and perfect for me. Her attention to detail is impressive and greatly appreciated. Soooo happy with my new salon!
Christa went out of her way to make sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole process!!! Everyone was very kind and accommodating!!! And to top it all off, Christa did an exceptional job!!!! My only regret is not giving her a better tip!!!!!!!! Thank you!!!! Thank you!!!!Thank you!!!
