Stay away. I’ve been twice and saw two different stylists. Both were very rough when shampooing, and rushed through the cut. I ended up with weird short layers tonight. After shampooing tonight, she roughly rubbed the towel on my head, and with my hair length, tangling it. Then, she had to try to detangle it, which was very painful. Throughout the cut, she kept flipping sections over, but every time, it created more tangle... which she roughly ripped out of my head. Never. Again.
Had an appointment, was taken in immediately and done quickly!!
I will say it is better to make an appointment than to do a walk in. Hair Cuttery used to be an anytime walkin place but not anymore. Save yourself the aggravation and make an appointment. They do a good job. Very friendly
I've been going here for 2 years but , the woman who cut my hair -- Eileen didn't do such a great job. My ends on the bottom are still so rough and split. Kind of like she missed them completely. I have to straighten my hair now so, it wont get knotted so much. I'll be going somewhere else for a hair cut from now on.
Went to a different Hair Cuttery and had a better experience. Julie blows dry my hair. She is always pleasant and does an excellent job. Would recommend her to anyone.
