I attended classes here last year and had a wonderful experience! It was my first time trying bikram yoga, but Suzanne was a great instructor and was encouraging and helpful. Unfortunately, it just wasn't in my budget to continue to attend at the studio but had I still had a little extra spending cash I definitely would have continued at this location!

Lovely place, awesome ambiance and Suzanne is indeed a great instructor.nnSuzanne is very balanced and I felt so much better after going to her sessions regularly. She pushes one to limit but with ease. 4-5 Classes and I already feel I am getting back in shape as well as reaping other health benefits. Temp are not too high, and makes this place a long term sustainable work out option.nnI dont think one has control on the group of people you work out with, but be assured you are being taken care of well and each time encouraged to go beyond where you left.nnMust try and highly recommended. Its meditation, exercise and relaxation all in one !!

Carleena's Vinyasa class on Thursdays is awesome. Neat and clean facility with helping teachers. Highly recommended.
