From a first time child to adult, first time beginner to well seasoned black belt you will have access to a great curriculum and personal teaching from the best. Everyone is welcomed but be prepared to be challenged mentally and physically. I felt at home immediately. Planned on a session or two a week but have been going 6 times a week for coming up on a year. Professor Brach usually will let you try a session or two for free so it's worth a shot.....but be warned. Everyone gets hooked and signs up
