From starting out to been doing it for 10+ years, everyone here wants to be part of the Vae Victis family. When it comes down to coaching, Coach Pat is hands down just a great guy. Never stops supporting and giving advice.

I was recently scoping out new boxes in the area, as I was looking for a change, and wanted to find a place that provided Everything I was looking for under one roof. As soon as I walked into Vae Victis for my free trial, I knew I found what I was looking for.nnWhen first walking in, the first thing I noticed was how clean/organized it was. The music was On, and everyone, of all different skill levels were working hard and encouraging one another. I knew Instantly that I wanted to join the team.nnThere are a handful of different coaches who are welcoming, fun and educated.. The WODS are creative and challenging.nnI have already recommended Vae Victis to friends/family and would suggest the same to anyone who is looking to upgrade their fitness level.
