You will not find a more PASSIONATE, DRIVEN, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and overall CARING owner than CJ Appenzeller. The staff (Chris Ragos in particular aka GU) is equally as passionate and knowledgable and truly goes above and beyond for each individual member they work with whether they are an athlete or average Joe like myself. Unlike other gyms, you actually feel like you are part of a family that demands excellence and pushes you to be a leader both on AND off the field. In my opinion ATS is the best gym in the state and has my full endorsement - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

A gym that treats members like family. Love the small classes and the other members. Can't beat getting a phone call or message asking if everything is okay when they don't see me for a while. It's not just about taking my money and calling that good enough.

Best gym around! They support you every step of the way with positive reinforcement. Each session is a planned workout where they show you the proper techniques for each exercise. My husband and three daughters are also members. They do a great job training student athletes and most importantly building their confidence. We are one big family at ATS! I can't say enough nice things about them! You won't be disappointed.
