Bought a used car from here few weeks back. The people themselves are nice and very personable. It took a very long time from start to finish in order to finally get out the door, but the people made it enjoyable. I do love the car I purchased so your probably wondering why only 2 stars. Well 2 weeks after purchasing and driving in the rain for the first time I noticed everytime I would accelerate from a stop it would kick out. I went and had the tires checked out and was told the rear tires should be replaced because they have 4/32 & 5/32 tread left. They also checked the brakes and I was told they to should be replaced in 1000 to 2000 miles because they have 6mm left in front and 5mm in the rear. So now I am looking at another 1000 dollars in out of pocket money to fix these issues which are safety issues and believe they should have been addressed prior to being put on the lot for sale. So I took off 1 star for the rear tires, 1 for front brakes, and 1 for rear brakes. I should have had the car checked out by third party before purchasing but chose to believe the reviews. So reviews aside make sure when purchasing a used car to have a trusted mechanic look it over, it could save you money.
Excellent service. Everyone was very nice and helpful, and Ian and Joe were great. They made the whole car buying process go really smoothly and I will definitely be coming back again.
The guys at Medford Ford went above and beyond to help me purchase my awesome new Ford Explorer ST! I absolutely love my new truck, and although it hasn't needed service yet, I will be bringing it to Medford Ford because I've heard great things about their service department from my friends around town. It's wonderful to have a local, trustworthy Ford dealership.
My visits to Medford Ford and interaction with the service department have been positive. Tim, Gus and the technicians get the work completed in a professional and timely manner. No complaints, just praise for the front men and the garage.
I went in at the end of my lease from another Ford dealer. JT and Ian took the time to work me a few options and explain everything and tell me what would work. The service these two gentleman gave me won me over from the other dealer! I wound up getting an upgraded model and a fantastic price! Medford Ford won my business!
