My experience buying a used car at Burns was great. Shane Corbett helped me buy the car and was very easy to work with, friendly, and professional. Vin helped me with financing and was wonderful to work with as well. The car originally had been keyed down the whole drivers side and their shop was able to buff it out beautifully. The 6 year old car looked brand new when I picked it up! Super happy with my purchase. Thank you Shane and Vin!

We decided to switch our service needs to Burns after we felt completely dissatisfied with the service department which we purchased our 2020 Palisade. Our experience at Burns was very thorough and professional. Their use of technology, communication, and even the fact we received a survey was very welcomed. We'd never received any surveys at the other dealer and their service was always a inadequate. From promises with part orders that WE had to follow up on or never came through to issues not being addressed regardless of the number of visits...we had enough! Burns will be servicing our vehicle from now on!

Everyone in this location was incredible, my Salesman Ed went way over the normal to help me get my purchase of a new vehicle to go through. Fantastic time picking out a new 2020 vehicle, and zero pressure to make a decision. Spent a lot of time with me on making sure I was completely happy trying out different versions and a full explanation of all my options. I liked having the ability to look over the back lot inventory to pick out exactly what I was looking for. I got an incredible deal with my trade of a 15 year old car. It’s rare that you walk away from a purchase like this without that butterfly feeling like you may have rushed into something, but this is the very first time I walked out of a car dealership with this most comfortable feeling that I found the right group to assist me in making this kind of decision.

Well, we tried Burns Hyundai dealership twice to service our daughter’s car—The first time they lost the car, they lost the paperwork, they threw candy all over the interior, and they emptied the glove box all over the floor. This time, after promises of having a better experience the last time, they are keeping our car for two extra days and not telling us why.nnThe manager was quite rude and pushed pastnby me. Will never set foot in another Burns dealership.

Burns Hyundai is the best dealership to buy a vehicle. I have been driving Hyundai a little over 20 years. I drove a Elantra for almost 20 year and the car never let me down. It just kept going and i never had to worry about buying a car so soon. Last year in 2019, I brought a Tucson and it is an awesome vehicle. The service is great and i feel like am apart of the Hyundai Family. I am a Hyundai customer for life. Thank you Burns Hyundai. You guys shall alway be my car Angels.
