Exceptional service and assistance.nFrank Bartholomew, my sales consultant, was superb. He was very professional, courteous and down to earth. The entire sales process was extremely easy, fast and no pressure. Great selection of pre-owned vehicles in excellent condition. Save me ton and still ended up with a very nice truck. I did an online/video appraisal with AL go , Angelo did the appraisal and gave me a very fair price for my 17’ Dodge Journey. He was courteous and professional and guided me thru the process and even followed up with me to make sure everything was good. I went into the Exton location and dropped the vehicle off, and picked up my check. It was a very quick and easy process. I highly recommend this company and will be returning in the future.

I purchased a 2018 Audi Q5 with sales consultant Stephen Sarfert this weekend and had a great experience. It didn't feel like a typical car dealership. I didn't feel any sort of pressure or shady sales tactics. Stephen listened to what I wanted to spend and did everything in his power to make a fair deal. I definitely think I got a great deal on this car and would recommend Stephen and Auto Lenders to anyone.
