Great experience once again. Tony in sales is great. No games played just the best price up front . My second vehicle through them. When I price shopped it wasn’t even close, also get that great Costco discount.nIf your looking at dipping your toe into the electric vehicle pool look no further. Mike in customer service is extremely knowledgeable and can walk you through everything you need to know without felling dumb.

Five Star experience. Adam, Bob and Bill Wiler were a great team and worked together to secure, hold and deliver the vehicle I was searching for since June.nBill answered all my questions and facilitated the buying experience so I could get back on the road to NY as soon as possible.nAdam allowed me to leave my old vehicle on site for a friend to pick up which was awesome. I had a good experience, when I arrived in the service bay, 3 people saw me and 3 people ignored me. As a customer it is important to at a minimum be acknowledged. Even if it is a simple statement as someone with be right with you. I waited in my vehicle for almost 5 minutes, not acknowledged so I went inside 2 people walked past me, not a word was spoken to me. I initiated contact, I was then taken care of in a professional manner. The service department was courteous and attentive. My service was completed in the time frame I was promised.

Had a couple coolant hoses changed out last year and they were very courteous and worked quickly. I brought in my own hose but they found another leak and were able to work with me on pricing to ensure I didn’t go over my budget. Also offered military discount which helps. Pricing is as expected for a dealership but if you want it done right and efficiently I think it’s worth the money.

We had the best experience here! My mom was looking to purchase a new car, and we were met with not only the most amazing prices but also with exceptional service! It was the sales consultant, Jeff Schor, that we were speaking with who made our day. He had such a personality and made the chore of purchasing a new car an incredibly enjoyable experience. He was helpful and gave us the information we needed to make the right decision on what vehicle to purchase. And it was not just Jeff who had a great personality.
