I love Karen! I had my hair done twice by her and had an amazing experience every time! She’s so caring towards your hair. She ask questions concerning the history of your hair that way she’ll get it to how you want the style/color you want it to be without damage. My hair was a little ruined by the last stylist that did my hair. The color was copper with a blonde tone. I had a hair emergency so I called Karen she colored my hair to a beautiful golden brown, love it so much! She’s awesome
