Aquatic & Fitness Center

Have been attending water exercise classes here 2 - 3 times a week. Instructors are great....you really get a good workout! The staff does a fantastic job of following CDC guidelines. I feel very safe attending these classes in the pool.

The is an amazing place Ocean City has built for the community. Excellent cardio equipment, workout mats for stretching, yoga classes, free weights, nautilus machines, resistance bands, kettle bells, and more. There is the pool as well and clean restrooms with showers and lockers. When your done exercising you can grab a coffee or smoothie from the cafe. Very nice place.

Tremendous variety of activities and programs to meet the needs of any age group. Awesome, large lap pool. Proximity to library a plus!

It's a great place with nice staff. Going to the gym is always tough (if you actually push yourself hard), but if you want a great workout, try it here. They have clssses a d a big pool

nice place to get a workout or arts and crafts. I think it may be open until midnight
