Fantastic gym! Owner is always friendly and excited to see people Olympic lifting. They allow power lifting and Olympic lifting with several platforms and a ton of weights and bars. One of my favorite gyms.

They have everything you need to have an amazing workout! The staff is super nice and conversational and the facility is very clean. I got a day pass and wish I lived close enough to make this my local gym.

Super place to workout. Clean and great equipment. Even though Chris was a Patriots fan we still approve.ud83dude01. My daughter tried Jacob's ladder, super intense workout

Great gym! The gym was Very clean and the front desk worker was very helpful! The gym has great equipment and it is spaced well so that it is not too crowded. I am looking forward to coming back to this gym every time I come to OC!
