Don't go during the evenings. Even though they are friendly they aren't very knowledgeable about their products.
I didn't like like how this pregnant girl just followed my boyfriend and I around the WHOLE time not helping just talking. Cleavage out staring at my boyfriend. Made me very uncomfortable. She's lucky I even purchased anything there.
Boot barn is my favorite place to shop. Kind and understanding management and the customer care unbeatable. Very considerate to your needs and extremely attentive. The clothing and boot quality is second to none.
