RDT has far exceeded my expectations of what I thought it was going to be like when I first started. The coaches are incredible. They are all extremely knowledgeable and make every person there feel like a priority. This by far was one of the best decisions I have made for incorporating fitness into my life.

By far the best gym around! It’s so much more than just a gym! The coaches are positive and enthusiastic and always help you be the best you! I’ve always been athletic but never really lifted weights- this brought me right out of my comfort zone and brought my fitness to another level! I look forward to the workouts each day and can’t wait to see what is in store to make us better and better! The workouts are well thought out and planned! The community is awesome as each person pushes the next and no matter what your fitness level, you always have someone there to help, encourage, and make you better!

I did CrossFit at another gym prior to RDT and I liked the workouts but was always intimidated and unmotivated to actually go to the gym. At RDT I have had the complete opposite experience! I have made close friends at RDT and look forward to coming to the gym! The people who go to this gym are truly a community that motivates and uplifts one another to be their best! I highly recommend this gym!

After years of training in a traditional style gym, I didn’t know what to expect prior to walking into RDT. Walking into a new gym is intimidating in itself because you’re judged almost instantly on the weights you can lift, form, clothes and basically everything else. BUT, that did not happen my first day at RDT. My first day I was already treated as part of a family. People who have been friends for years, welcomed me with open arms. I couldn’t recommend RDT enough, and I encourage everyone who wants to join a community where EVERYONE wants to see succeed, join RDT. You won’t be disappointed.

I started at R.D.T. for physical therapy on my shoulders. I was in constant pain from impingement in my AC joints. As I started getting better, the owner Dave Lorenzo invited me to try crossfit. In June of 2019 I was unable to do a pullup and pushups were difficult. Today I did 35 pullups and 56 ring pushups. The transformation in my conditioning is astonishing. I believe my progress is directly related to Dave's knowledge along with all the other coaches at RDT. They all seem to know what problem each customer has with each exercise and help modify every workout to help you progress. I recommend RDT to anyone looking to get in shape and feel good about themsleves.
