Terrible experience. Anyone that is planning to become a member here or already is a member needs to make sure to call for a cancellation form before your membership term is almost over! They will charge you and you will not be reimbursed. Even IF you haven’t gone that entire time after your membership term has ended. Even during these rough times they aren’t considerate and will continue to take your money every month until you do contact them. When you do try to cancel they scam you for another 30 DAYS to process your cancellation. Be sure to remember this when signing up. The gym isn’t big and barely has much equipment to use. Better off going to another gym.

Contract has ended. They shut down. Charged me once in March, then charged me again in October without contacting me or notifying the gym was even open during the pandemic. No consideration of what anyone may be going through this during this time. Horrible communication and lack of respect for it’s customers.

I ud83dudc93 anytime fitness! I joined this club about a year ago and love it. Stephanie signed me up and continues to make sure I’m fulfilling my fitness goals. The owner Mike is truly motivating and cares about all of his gyms, staff, and members. Club is very well kept, clean and well stocked in the equipment department. This gym offers free classes with memberships too!

Very Poor customer Service! I have been trying to cancel my membership since I moved to a different state and the location was too far from my place. The membership was supposed to be for only one year but they automatically renewed it even tho I had called with a month in advance and specifically asked for it to not be renewed. First they didn't tell me I had to fill out a form and send it so they charged me again and when I called to find out why I was being charged they said I had to send a cancellation form but that I would be billed for that 30 day cycle even tho they can see I have not been using the membership. When I finally send out the form and called to make sure they received it, they said yes, everything is fine...another month passes by and I notice another charge. When I called back to find out why am I still getting charged they said that they supposedly had received a blank cancellation form but never replied to the email stating that it was blank and that I had to re-send it. I don't think an honest company would be charging their member's knowing that I had requested a cancellation and that I am not even using the membership.
