I didn't get the review on rudeness. Fred was extremely polite. Response time and punctuality were spot on. I had a last minute changing of locks on a Saturday. Fred showed up within 2 hours directly after another job. He was in-and-out quickly ...quality and value were also spot on. He even helped get a big old spider out of the house while I was moving. Thanks again Fred, I would use you again in a heart beat!
