I would give 0 if I could..nNever answer phone and never return your calls..mailbox is now full..I am worries about my belongings as I don't know how to pay them.. ridiculous.nIf you don't want to be in business then close down for God sake.

Great place to rent storage units. Very reasonable.
Awful communication/very unprofessional. Talked to a lady over the phone (cause they dont even have an office) about me renting out a storage unit, told her I would need it in a week. Over the phone I confirmed the specific day of me wanting to move my stuff and she told me we would get the paperwork setup then since it wouldn’t take more than 20 minutes. Here I am on that day, 5:30pm and been trying to get ahold of her about it since they “opened” at 9am. All I’ve gotten was a text saying that she can help me tonight or tomorrow night. I stated that I had a uhaul hooked to my truck that needed to be returned TODAY. Also I have work tomorrow all day. Do not post that your hours are 9am-9pm if they’re really 6pm-9pm. Also voice mailbox was full, for what if this is a “buisness”?? Again, Unprofessional to say the least.
