I had a fantastic experience at Lexus of Atlantic City. Randy was very helpful and spent a lot of time with me exploring all of my options. Once I chose the car I wanted, he thoroughly explained everything about the car to me. Joe in finance was also extremely helpful and thorough. I got a great deal on my trade in. I would recommend Lexus of Atlantic City to anyone who is interested in a Lexus.

This is simply the best autservice department that I have ever seen.nPeople are very friendly and are genuinely interested in helping the customers the best way.nI was helped by Harry.nThe air suspension on 2006 GX470 failed while we were on vacation.nParts were arrived the next day and the car was fixed as soon as they arrived.n3 month before I bought 2006 sc430 .nI was so pleased that I drove my 2006 sc430nfrom Cleveland to fix what was needed.nThere was a hurricane problems in the area.nNevertheless as soon as the place openednIn one day we got the timing belt and the water pomp don,nAlso a new radiator, brakes,and sparkplugs.nnHarri is my hero now.nThe most carring, knowledgeable and acomodatin service advisor.nHonest and keeps his word.nThe best parts that the price was way better t hen expected also.nnYes,nI would drive from Cleveland to Atlantic city to this dealership again if I will need to fix my cars.nHarry , personal thanks for your great service.nMichael Alekseyev

Service could be better! I'm supposed to get a car wash and vaccuum at every service visit and it was only done once out of 8 times I received service. It states on my receipt every time that it was done and never is. I asked for them to look at a certain issue and never did nor did they inform me of anything regarding the issue I asked about.

This was by far my best auto leasing experience. I traveled nearly an hour to this dealership because they had the highest customer reviews. To my great pleasure, once I arrived and dealt with my salesman Bill Watkins and the rest of the staff, I found that they were not only straightforward, but accommodating and understanding of my concerns. It wasn't long at all before I drove away in my new Lexus (which I absolutely love), and the deal was definitely to my liking. I will continue to go to Lexus of AC for service even though there are others that are much closer. The element of trust is absolutely priceless. My highest recommendation goes to Lexus of Atlantic City. Extremely pleased!

Great service, LOVE my new Lexus!nnEdited: I’ve had my Lexus for over a year now and have been using Lexus of AC’s service center exclusively during this time. Still think they’re great, and still love my Lexus!
