Relocating from NY and this is my first Rv purchase. so I called ahead to make an appointment. Spoke to the Salesman and set up the appointment . Was glad that the person I spoke with was the same salesman that I was able to see when we arrived. Service was prompt and professional. Joe responded to my calls and queries. My orientation was very informative. The tech also gave additional maintenance info which I’m sure will be very useful. I feel comfortable and confident about managing things in my new home. Great price for quality fifth wheel. Thank you white horse Rv for helping me purchase my dream home !

Had an awning repaired during the winter 2020. I used it once during camping in May 2020, which is a normal camping season in NJ, and it ripped off the camper. I spoke to several employees, including the store manager in Galloway, they advised me that their work had a 90 day warranty and they would not warranty the repair. The awning was not installed properly and the company did not stand by their work. I wouldn’t buy a lug nut from that place after this experience. Most people in NJ do not use their campers in the winter and early Spring, their 90 day warranty for work completed in the off season is a scam.
