Vineland Performance is the best Crossfit experience in the area. The coaches are welcoming, encouraging, knowledgeable, and inspiring. They help you reach your fitness goals and add goals you didn’t think were attainable. Vineland Performance is a community like no other. Members have become family often motivating one another through challenging workouts. I wake up each morning looking forward to a great workout.

I really love going to Vineland Performance. I was nervous at first, but the coaches are very helpful and the members friendly. It’s an extremely welcoming environment and any workout can be adjusted to your ability. I am so glad I made the decision to join and highly recommend this gym to anyone who is looking to get or stay fit!

Vineland performance is the best crossFit gym around! All the coaches and gym members are super kind and friendly and is a great place to get fit and meet new friends! If you are new and don’t really know what you are doing, the awesome coaches will help and guide you into becoming stronger and a better you! Come be apart of the VP family!

Wasn't sure about joining a crossfit gym but so glad I did. It is the hardest but best work out I have ever had. The owners, coaches and members are great. Everyone is so supportive and encouraging no matter your skill set or ability. In 6 months I lost 2 inches off of my waist and hips!!! That was my goal and the rest is a bonus.
