Very fast and polite
Thank you for the great service last week. We love the new tires. We very much appreciate the help with lug nut issue and checking our struts. Nate was awesome and we are so happy. Will bring our other car in for tires soon. Thanks!
Auto repair in Williston is a challenge, but the people at Northwest Tire were amazing. They were very good at keeping me informed of the progress on the repairs and didn't offer excuses when things didn't go right, they explained the problem and what we were going to do about it.nnThe thing I liked the most was seeing how well the girl at the front desk did her job. She was always friendly, efficient and knew what she was talking about.
This place is amazing. We take our work equipment and trucks here and the personal experience was top of the line. I won't go anywhere else.
Northwest Tire is a pretty decent place. They handle a lot of different needs that you might have to be done to your vehicle. There can be a wait, sometimes they get very busy so it would be best to make arrangements ahead of time schedule an appointment. Location is not all that convenient, and the road isn't all that great for driving out to them but still in town. Customer service is friendly, definitely Auntie to help you.
