I was referred to Kerbeck by a close family friend and business associate. I had already heard great things, but never imagined I would travel over two hours to purchase a vehicle (I live in North Jersey). Well, I must tell you that they made every accommodation to work my deal in its entirety via phone and email, but kept it all extremely personal all the same! My salesperson, Samuel Kelley was beyond friendly, funny, and super knowledgeable! He mad me feel as if we were lifelong buddies! Everyone from Sam, to Rich the GM, to Billy Capella my finance manager, and everyone else in between, was kind, courteous, and always available to me, despite never meeting me face-to-face until I took delivery of my vehicle! Oh and the vehicle, by the way, exceeded my wildest expectations! I am absolutely thrilled with my experience, and will be recommending Kerbeck to all of my friends and family members from here on out! They have gained a customer for life!

In spite of the delays caused by the UAW strike & Covid (I waited 15 months for my order),the dealership was very responsive and always kept me in the loop.
