3 stars for several reasons. The gym is great, as far as in the size, equipment and the people. As far as staff, look I get it trainers and people who can allow people to sign up pressure people to join and spend money. My family of 3 we signed up for the 3 day trial to test the gym, to see how we liked it. Our director Drew is a very neat guy, professional and friendly but the guy keeps texting us about joining. I don’t want to join any place if I’m being constantly annoyed about joining. I said we weren’t interested. While my family and I was there I kept telling him that we didn’t bring any money with us cause we simply just wanted to try out the gym for a couple of days, he kept insisting we had money to purchase a membership. We left and never came back. Please don’t pressure people about joining cause really no one would ever want to anyway.

Wish I had a gym like this where I live. They have pretty much everything you'd want or need - lots of cardio machines, weight machines, free weights, racquetball courts, basketball courts, a swimming pool. They usually maintain things relatively well, and the price is not bad.

Best Gym in the area! The women's bathroom is like a spa and they have their own women's center as well. The front desk staff is always super friendly! Especially Damian and Ashley. I've only had their smoothies once after my PiYo class and it was delicious. Gym is always clean and I have had great experiences with their group fitness classes. You can tell that the instructors as well as the trainers have the passion and love for their chosen careers. Very happy with my membership here. True fitness community.

I can't say enough about how much I love this gym! I love their new Expresso bike and of course, the hot tub. Wonderful staff and reasonable fees.

Customer service here is a hot mess. After a month of being a member I realized that they treat you differently depending if it’s busy or not. When I signed up they did not give me a tour.. I let that slide. Later on when I brought a guest, they never made any disclaimers that if you bring a guest as a member, the guest has to provide personal info/ID/signature/get their photo taken, like what? Which was tedious and I was not given an explanation as to why this process was needed. At other times they didn’t care if I brought a guest at all. This is inconsistent customer service and treatment. They definitely need to improve. Other than that, the gym itself is decent and perks are nice besides the costumer service. The customer service just ruins the quality of the gym for me though. I felt as if I was being judge because of the quality of my skin color, I did not notice them singling out any other “white” folks only me every time I tried to bring my a friend. Andrew one of the staffs never mention the 10$ fee when I signed up. NOT RECOMMENDED. Planet fitness costumer service is way better and cheaper.
