My son has been going to Modesto’s for years! I cannot express how great Mark Modesto is as an instructor. He teaches our kids how to be responsible, hard-working, motivated and dedicated. And to become the best they can be. All the other instructors, Mr John, Ms Gabby and Ms Chrissy work great with all the kids, as well. I could not be happier with the progress my son has made. He looks forward to every class and to learning more and more everyday! Modesto’s was one of the best decisions we ever made!! Modesto's is the best! My daughter has multiple special needs and the team here just goes above and beyond to support her. They strike that perfect balance of structure and fun, and always encourage the students to do their best. Kids are free to progress at their own pace while still included as part of the team, and the class schedule offers lots of options for busy families. Even through these crazy Covid times, Modesto's has found lots of creative solutions to keep students engaged. It's been wonderful to watch my daughter grow in both skill, self-discipline, and confidence - I'll be signing my son up as soon as he's old enough!

My oldest son has been going to Modesto’s for the past 4 years. My youngest son for 3 years. All the instructors are amazing. They’ve taught my boy’s things I know I couldn’t. Their confidence and self discipline alone inside and outside of class is awesome to see. I will never forget my oldest said the day of his first class “what if I don’t like it?” My response was “what if you do?” Thank you to Mark and instructors for all your hard work.

Having taken American Kenpo Karate some 30 years ago and getting older I decided to get back to it after many years, so I enrolled with Modesto's Karate Academies about a year and a half ago. It has greatly benefited my health and also my knowledge of the art of American Kenpo, Mark and his team of instructors Chrissy, Gab, John and Justin are very knowledgeable and patient with students both in the kids classes and the teen/adult classes also they keep the facility very clean and well organized.. I highly recommend stopping by and checking it out if you want to get a great work out and lose some pounds while leaning at the same time. I will be 51 tomorrow and intend on sticking this out as long as I can, your never to young or to old to try. Hope to see you there soon!

I cannot say enough about how great Modesto's has been for my 12 year old son and 10 year old daughter! They have been attending for two and a half years, and are still excited about going to every class! The staff is EXCELLENT and my kids have learned values and focus while having fun! The studionis very clean, and the schedule is flexible. Highly recommend! ud83dude01
