Pilot Travel Center

I have been repeatedly been treated poorly by one employee here in Williston ND. Because months ago, another customer was making comments about something smelling bad. I smiled at the other customer and agreed, not knowing it was the employee that stunk until I got up to the counter. I live in the county, so that is why I visit this particular store. But now if he is working I go to town instead. It is really gross and disturbing, he stinks. You can tell he probably rarely showers, his hair is all matted up in the back and god know where hands have been.

Michelle ans Gabby is the only reason I keep coming back they are always friendly and nice keeps coffee hot and always nice staff just saying

Store 4 starsnSubway 2 starsnnWell appointed with lots of items for oilfield/outdoor construction/truckers needs although no truckers lounge. Good variety of hot good.nnAttached subway is below par. I only eat there a lot while using their wifi for hours. They have never had more than 3 bread options, their toppings are typically bottom of the bucket (maybe I am always there at the wrong time. Staff is a split with several being very poor attitudes while others are average.nnI wish I could rate the store and Subway separately.

3 day experience, day 1-took an extremely long time to get the cashier to ring up my items, day 2- the 2 cashier's were more focused on arguing with each other in front if customers than talking to us, day 3- I guess everybody goes on their smoke brake at the same time. I stood at the front counter with my items for 10 minutes, nobody came to help me, so I left my items on the counter and walked out. Customer service seems to be their bottom priority

Nice truck stop with a lot of parking. Huge selection in store. Only thing I find it lacks is enough trash cans for the parking lot.
