I requested for a coupon but the service man refused to use it for me.

December 3rd 2020 first of all had a very friendly associate named Chris also that was nice I got a coupon for an upgraded oil change a little over $15 that was all great the only problem I did have I had a 1:15 appointment and I was there 1:10 that was a good also they were ready for me here's where the problem comes in it took almost 3 hours to get an oil change what went wrong was I have a new Hyundai they didn't have the oil filter so they had to go get one fine out that was the wrong one then they had to go to Hyundai dealership to get one and I do appreciate that they didn't make no money off of me they lost money on me today if we could have worked out the oil filter better it would have been a great day so I have to go to the negative and the low rating only because of a communication on an oil filter I wish this didn't have to come down to this but I got to tell it the way it happened again like I said they lost money on me today but I lost some valuable time almost 3 hours so how do you give a review on this thumbs upud83dudc4d thumbs down ud83dudc4e good or bad I'm sure this won't happen again it's one of the unforeseen things that can wrong in business I'll go back again I've been going there for a long time this is my worst issue I've had I only could give them 2 ⭐stars they deserve the 5 star's ud83cudf1f for the price and how everything worked out except for the time for not having the right filter

When I first purchased the car the Service was Very Good with some of the free services such as the free Oil Changes and Multi System Check. But as the warranty and other free services expired it seemed as the Customer Service from the Auto Shop went South. I brought the car in for a Multi-System check and was told that I had to get the fuel ejections clean because of build. I asked what was the cost and the Staff Member told me and stated in a manner as he didn't care if I got it done or not. His mannerism didn't sit well with me. #2. Just recently I took the car in after making an appoint for a Multi System check and I explained to the Staff Member that I was not there for Service but to have a Multi System check to make sure that the car was up to date. I saw one of the repair men drive my car around the lot. Although I was not charged for the service. It was the demeanor and atmosphere that made me uncomfortable. At this present time I can not foresee myself dealing with that Particular Dealership. The salesman( Evan Taylor) that sold me the car when I first Purchased it was Outstanding. I was thinking about upgrading to a newer car but all that changed. By My recent visit.

The entire staff was so very helpful and nice. The service dept. kept me informed on the status of my car and when it took longer than expected to fix the problem I was given a ride home and was called when the car was ready. I will always come to Bennett for my service and repairs.Thanks to everyone there.

Victory sold me this amazing Chevy Trax Truck and I'm excited. Customer Service Reps were friendly, professional and awesome. It's been a month since I owned this baby and I have no regrets.
