Received wonderful service from all the employees here. I cannot thank Naji Myrick enough for answering all my questions, concerns, and offering snacks and water during the long process of getting a new car. He was very patient, kind, and attentive to my questions and needs. I had a great experience here getting my new Mazda CX3 and I am ecstatic to be on the road with such a great car from a great dealership.

I just bought a car two days ago and I can't say enough positive things about this dealership! From the minute I walked in to the minute I left, it was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership - and I drove an hour to go there. I was greeted as I entered, the sales person Tim and Sales Manager Greg were fantastic. The owner's daughter Lauren made sure she came out to say hello. And... to top it off, they had someone help me set-up my phone and apple play and review all the controls of the car. Then the owner came out to say thank you. OMG who does that! Chapman Mazda, keep doing what you are doing with your customer service! I will definitely tell everyone about your place! Jo-Ann

My Wife and I brought home Our First Mazda CX-5 Today from Chapman Mazda in EHT after many years of buying a Different Brand. We were Impressed by the Excellent Customer Service of Greg and his entire team, and they got us Maximum value for the money. We Love the CX-5 and Recommend Chapman Highly.
