I was informed of the services done on my vehicle and I was able to contact my advisor through text message to check on my vehicle example how long or how far they had before I could pick up my truck. Mike Papaycik is an outstanding sales consultant! Since I wasn't in a hurry, I took my time casually exploring various dealerships in the area and met Mike while checking out something I saw on-line. As nice and as good a deal as it was, that particular car wasn't right for me. But Mike would reach out whenever something came on the lot he thought might work. It took about a year, but today I brought home the perfect fit and couldn't be happier. Mike is incredibly patient, helpful and ensured I was satisfied with my choice. This is my family's third buy from Chapman and don't doubt it won't be the last.

One of the best dealerships I’ve been to in a long time. Treated me like a king. They went above and beyond to make me feel good about the vehicle I was purchasing. I would highly recommend this dealership and the best salesman I’ve ever had is Dennis Richard. He stayed later than he was supposed to and didn’t leave til I was totally satisfied with the whole deal. He set up everything on the vehicle and I couldn’t be happier.
