Having a truck can be extremely overwhelming when it comes to the upkeep of it but I must say that the Dodge Ram Team in Egg Harbor Twp. and especially Dominick have been exceptional every step of the way. Dominick has put me at ease with any issues that I may have encountered. Each and every visit I look forward to a great experience and know for sure my issue will be taken care of right away. Dealership rip off as usual. I have had problems with my brand new Hyundai Accent since I drove it off the lot. The battery died 2 hours later in a restaurant parking lot. Since then I’ve had 4 new batteries since 2016... it was the alternator the entire time and no one bothered to check, even after I asked them too. I’ve had to pay for several of these batteries because they were just past warranty. They completely removed the airbag sensor from my passenger’s seat (is that legal?). They’ve tried to charge me for extra services I don’t need, saying my break fluid is dirty and needs to be changed, my breaks are bad, when I’ve just had it serviced by another company. If it’s not under warranty, don’t come here!!!!!!

Many people advise against going to dealers to have cars serviced because of cost; however I ALWAYS use this dealership because i trust them to service my vehicle properly. Only disappointing thing about this trip was that i brought it in to have a part replaced and the part was out of stock. It would have saved me a trip to be told this ahead of time since I told the woman on the phone exactly what part was needed.

Great experience finding and getting a vehicle. Mike H the salesperson that we worked with was very helpful and professional. He helped us get a deal across the line that worked for us and answered all of our questions. We were so happy with the Ram warlock truck we drove home in that day. Especially the fact we got this truck in the midst of the covid pandemic, we greatly appreciated all the help from the employees at sport Dodge Ram.
