Our vehicle was flood damaged in Ocean City and our insurance company brought it to Sport Hyundai Dodge. From the day our car got there until the day we picked it up we received the BEST customer service by Billy D (Bill) in the service department. His enthusiastic personality, his prompt replies, honesty and care was above and beyond what we’ve ever experienced with any service department. Our insurance company made some errors along the way and Billy took care of everything from continuing to talk with insurance company to calling enterprise on our behalf. Honestly could never say enough good things about Billy! Thanks Bill for being excellent!

Recently, I’ve gotten service done here for the first time and it went horrible. I did not feel confident in bringing my car In the minute I walked in. Customer service was rude! Don’t think I’ve gotten a how you doing, or a how can I help you! Particularly Service department to be clear. To me, it seems as though money is the only concern here. Most dealerships I have been to made you feel comfortable and tried to meet customers expectations. Guys here told me a issue that was causing my car damage and I Allowed them to do their job and then the outcome remained. My vehicle’s condition was the same when I picked it up after paying $800 for a brake job when The issues was in regards to overheating. I can’t see the relation but I hold to believe if you’re not able to tell me what’s wrong then don’t feed me anything I rather you be honest then try to get a dollar out of me. Then when I called to get clarity on my issue said I was able to drive without it overheating next day I’m calling back. #Hyundaidealer#has#issues Not to mention that had my car for 2 days! 2 days to get the same result
