Renee the owner is terrific!

I have been following Renee for around 10 years. She is a excellent teacher, who truly cares about her students. Renee guides you into the proper positions, proper breathing to get the most out of your practice. I could not work and play the way I do without Pilates and Renee keeping me strong.

My daughter is a ballet dancer and absolutely loves Miss Renee! Attending Pilates has really improved her core strength and flexibility.This is a lovely studio.

My mother (Renee') has a great passion for pilates and loves what she does every day as an instructor. I am a NCAA student athlete and whenever I come home from college with aches from lifting or practice, she will devote time to me to help improve my overall fitness starting with my core, flexibility, stability, and back. I truly believe taking classes and privates with her has helped me maintain a successful athletic career at the NCAA level.

I have been going to Coastline for a few months. Before I started, I hurt my back at the gym and was in excruciating pain. Not only have I strengthened my back muscles and my core to the point that I am no longer in constant pain, but my overall strength, balance and flexibility are increasing as well. I would recommend Coastline Pilates to anyone!
